We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center and close to all major attractions. The Toledo metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of healthy options.

This hotel is in the center of Napoli, with everything within walking distance. The air-conditioning was super comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was served in a better option.
Crowded lounge makes it difficult to socialize and meet new people.

This hostel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the main shopping street and close to both the metro station and Toledo station. You won't have to worry about getting to all the tourist attractions easily. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and there is always free food available in the kitchen. The living room has a unique artistic ambience and there is even a veranda for you to relax on.
The toilet and shower facilities need improvement, with some locks missing and occasional issues with hot water.

The hostel has a great location and the staff, Andrea and Rosaria, were helpful and friendly. They have a positive attitude towards every traveler. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with convenient bathrooms. The hostel also offers free luggage storage, welcome drinks, and complimentary coffee and tea. The shared spaces, like the bar and terrace, are fantastic. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the amenities provided, including electric bikes if needed. we loved the hospitality and would definitely return.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the metro station. The free pasta for dinner was delicious. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower, but the staff fixed it immediately. The atmosphere is really nice, with a beautiful courtyard to hang out. I had a great stay at Ostello Bello.
